Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services that give rise to the claim or Rs. 100, whichever is less.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
15. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haripad, Alappuzha.
