Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer standard shipping and same-day delivery, subject to availability. Typically, we deliver directly within our local area. Currently, our delivery radius is limited to a 10 km area from our office at SNaa Industries, Muthukulam, Alappuzha, Kerala.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the method and destination of the order.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected:

• Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days

• Same-Day Delivery: Within 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

4. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
