1. No Returns or Refunds After Processing
Once we begin processing your order, returns and refunds are not available. Please ensure your order details are accurate before confirming the purchase.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Cancellations after 30 minutes are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process and Fees
If you cancel your order within the eligible 30-minute window, any applicable refund will be processed within 15 days. Refund will be credited to original payment method within 1-2 days. Please note that a 5% processing fee of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.
